Fabulous. Best Crossfit gym I have visited. So organised. Such detail. Chalk slates for recording reps. Shoe room.....and so much more. More than that...fun, friendly and coaching that makes you think. Awesome. I'll be back.

FANTASTIC gym.
Perfect blend of 1-on-1 attention and exercise class dynamics.
Every day is a different workout so by the end of the week your whole body will have had some strength and cardio attention.
With this gym you don't need to self-plan or self-motivate. This prevents the common exercise pitfalls of ending up with an incomplete physique and not achieving anywhere near as much as you're capable of.

Obsessed with CrossFit Uckfield. Always motivated to work on weaknesses and learn new things. Nothing is ever boring or the same. Some workouts are long, some are short and intense. Amazing community. And now I’m super strong. Can’t imagine training anywhere else. Stace (34)

I love this CrossFit so much that when I moved house I looked within a radius of CrossFit Uckfield! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and there’s a great community vibe there without it being cliquey. Krish and the other coaches are so great at helping everyone achieve awesome things and the gym has so many super thoughtful touches, like a sofa and tea area for hanging out before classes begin. Each workout is different, from 10 minutes to 40 minutes but the whole time you’re building your technique and strength. I’ve been to at least 7 different CrossFit gyms and this is the one where I feel most cared for and part of a community, and encouraged to be the best version of myself I can be.

I think this box is more targeted to the older, slightly slower audience who are discovering fitness later in their life. We have disappointed as WOD was less than 10min. It was loads of talking, zero vibe, a bit dirty, a bit more like montesory school type of atmosthere. Drop in cost £15 and I don’t think its worth it as two of us could of gone to crossfit FFH or somewhere else. Just didn’t feel like crossfit box. I am sorry if my review is not what owners would expect but when we paid £30 for 2ppl for 1h and we got less than 10min its a bit sad.

Loving my workouts here, everyone's working to their own goals and supporting each other. Made to feel welcome from day one so didn't feel too daunting being an unfit 40+ year old. Would definitely recommend taking the plunge... Dare I say it's a little addictive 😃

I was dubious about going to CrossFit. What an amazing, hard working, fun and genuine group of people. No posers. No mirrors. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Every day is a different work out. Highly addictive. Highly recommend.
