There are so many beautiful gowns to look at and try on, nothing was too much bother. The service provided was outstanding! I bought my wedding dress from Fross after a friend purchased their dress and recommended them. I would 100% recommend Fross, they made the whole process so easy, I knew going in what style I wanted my wedding dress to be and they immediately showed me three beautiful dresses with the first dress the one I picked. I felt relaxed throughout the whole process and everyone was so accommodating, allowing me to store the dress until the day before our wedding. I also want to say how amazing the seamstress, Kate, was - she added the beautiful sleeves to my dress which made the dress perfect. Wow, what can I say… 5* and so much more!!! The most incredibly beautiful wedding dress shop, everything looked perfect, I felt so special and as soon as I arrived I felt at ease, Ava was absolutely amazing, listening to everything I wanted, allowing me to choose lots of dresses to try and helping me with each one, we ended up staying a lot longer than intended and I was treated amazingly. I had been to other wedding dress shops and I didn’t feel I had the best experience unfortunately and this made me feel very disheartened and it made me worry that I wasn’t going to find my dream dress, luckily I didn’t cancel this appointment as it was my last and I had given up hope, but I found my dream dress and was made to feel like a princess… I am actually going to go back again to find my second dress and I’m so excited to experience this incredible feeling again… Thank you so much… One very happy bride 👰🏼‍♀️ 🤍💍

The lovely girls at Fross gave me the best experience from the start when choosing my wedding dress, after a not so great experience at a different shop I was ready to just stop looking altogether but I am so glad I didn’t and that I came to Fross! Ava made me feel so at ease right away, and was just an absolute joy from the get go, so accommodating and absolutely zero pressure to have to buy a dress there and then (I came 3 times altogether to make sure I loved the dress 🙈) and every visit was just a lovely as the first. The new location is so beautiful too, really lovely relaxed atmosphere and of course beautiful dresses, really cannot recommend Fross enough (and again a HUGE thank you to Ava ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

My experience with Fross was amazing! I tried 9 different dress shops and Fross was definitely one of the best, if not the best in terms of service. Ava made me feel comfortable, confident and relaxed. I eventually ended up coming back to Fross for a second appointment where I found my dream dress!! I had the best experience at Fross when I went to look for my bridal dress back in December last year, Ava was just amazing and made everything so special. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on and knew 100% it was the one, I loved everything about it and it was so perfect. I recently got married and brought my perfect dress from Fross a year ago with the help of Fross and Ava along the way. I had the nicest experience when I first came into the store and ever since, especially as I was quite overwhelmed by it all, but they made me feel really comfortable and were so friendly that I loved coming back each time for my fittings and to pick up my dress! The store is so nice and spacious and there’s such a good range to choose from and they even do a cool little event every now and then to gain ideas.
