A very good experience for our dog and friendly service wanting to ensure we get the result we wanted

Wow! What can I say, my pup loves to be washed here. Big thanks to Donna and all the staff who make her feel at home. For a dog who can be quite shy, she certainly isn’t as soon as we pull in to Awash with Dogs. Donna has been so patient with Lunar from a tiny pup, recognising that she wasn’t ever keen on the driers and finding options such as a snood and a stand dryer. Also a great stockist of some of Lunar’s favourite treats, including some Anco natural ones. If Lunar’s happy, then I’m happy. We will be back this week for another visit.

Visited today after a trip to the beach with our nervous Golden retriever. The staff were welcoming and friendly and showed us how to use all the equipment. Was offered a choice of shampoos for the dog and we chose a calming one which smelt amazing. We were encouraged to take as much time as was needed and didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be visiting once a month to keep our doggie clean and fluffy.

Benji was a bit nervous but otherwise enjoyed his first grooming experience and playtime with some other young puppies

Absolutely loved this place. I brought in a stinky dog. I was offered a shampoo menu and guided through the process. It was all so easy. The dog baths are the perfect height, the water is the right temperature, aprons are provided and it was a really stress free, clean and tidy process. I loved the concept and wish these were all over the country. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area. Thank you for looking after us!

We took our nervous dog on a Tuesday as it's quieter and he's more relaxed without other dogs around. We were really impressed with the service; from the choice of shampoo through to the powerful driers!

We took our little Cavi along for the first time today for a spring groom and were very happy with the service. Great set up, super friendly team and a very reasonable price. We will definitely use again.

Excellent self service dog wash with a groomer near to some great walks (Horsted Green, Ashdown Forest). We brought our nervous dog for a groom today and Amy the groomer made her so comfortable, it was amazing. We will be back for both the groomer and self groom options. Love the people here and their dogs, the fun Not Alan and his cute little puppy sister Probably Janet. It is such a cute place with so many nice touches: Snacks for humans, a scale to weigh the dogs, amazing doggy shampoo for sale, plus great dog gifts for Christmas too! This place has everything.
