Avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of my landlord contracting them for three jobs. Replacement of a storage heater , wrong heater installed, then replaced. Replacement of a dimmer switch, wrong model installed. Replacement of a cooker hood /extractor, not working. Contracts manager unable to grasp basic physics but happy to patronise client.

We called them out of hours as we had smoke coming out of our cooker electrical socket. I left a message on the out of hours voicemail and had a call back within a few minutes. The guy came out within about half an hour and fixed the problem. He was a really nice guy and saved our roast dinner. Service: Electrical wiring repair

Chris provided excellent advice in solving the problem of getting a cooker power cable to my kitchen in a difficult situation. I was able to arrange a quick appointment to do the work. Jonnie and Ashley arrived on time and were extremely polite and explained what was requiired. They worked very hard to solve a tricky situation but did so effortless with good humour. They were very knowledgeable and completed a brilliant job within the day and spent time to tidy up any mess made.Nothing was too much trouble.
